Like her namesake, Aster has lilac eyes and long blue hair neatly kept by a clip. A tall, lean frame following even sharper features. The Au Ra is adorned with dark scales that particularly brush the bridge of her nose.A well-dressed woman, her face seldom betraying carefully crafted composure. Aster carries herself with an air of professionalism as one would expect from her line of work. A glass pumpkin dangles beneath a horn, an eternity ring fits the opposite hand.

Independent and nothing short of serious, Aster is professional and meticulous. A determined workaholic, lest she processes a singular thought, let alone a feeling. Her background and experience in the Immortal Flames and the Wolves' Den makes her a capable opponent in combat and argument. Despite her stern demeanor, appears a woman who is not immune to sweet treats and cute things.Whether it's chakrams or pen and paper hand in hand, Aster works towards a brighter future for those she can. Chasing Daybreak

Born in Othard, displaced by Garlean occupation, orphaned by hands of Ishgard. The young Xaela would not be exempt from Man's ever-growing list of cruelty. With nothing but her name and a knife, Aster was left to fend for herself. Her travels across Aldenard were not met without struggle and mercy. To suffer, to survive, to find meaning in life beyond picking up a blade—or rather, learning to.The girl grew up in search of an identity, the woman found service under the Immortal Flames. She engrossed herself in mission and duty. Field work, reviews, reports, paperwork... A lot of paperwork. Aster garnered favor and forged connections emerging through the ranks.

Kindred steps wander the realm, echoes of their tales and encounters. Martial discipline through Kriegstanz. Bated breaths from the Wolves' Den. Contributor to the Doman and Ishgardian restoration efforts, past feelings withstanding of the latter.The Au Ra was one of many Flame officers overseeing the administrative duties of their adventurers faction, the Free Brigade. Aster found that her agency and experience were needed elsewhere, and so, separated in best interest. She continues to render her services as a freelance consultant and tactician to the Flames amongst other organizations.

Aster served under the Immortal Flames, rising to a personnel officer overseeing the administrative duties of their adventurers faction, the Free Brigade. She recently concluded her nine years of service, but maintains strong connections to the organization. Aster Takanashi may be recognized by current and former members.
